This class utilizes the Reformer along with props like the Pilates ball, Magic Ring, and weights to provide a fun, full-body workout.

This class is designed to experience the deep stretch that the Reformer offers. Step-by-step instructions focusing on lengthening the muscles and improving flexibility.

1-hour Personal Training session designed to provide a full-body workout that incorporates a variety of exercises to target strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness (not on Reformer).
