Workshops

We offer workshops on Sundays for eclectic people willing to challenge themselves to practise anything new for the first time. Because it's never too late to start learning!

Our initial planning includes Inside Flow, Bollywood Dance, AcroYoga, Self-Defence, Capoeira, and African Dance. There's more to come and you can contact us for questions or workshop suggestions!
