Grazia Giardinaro

I am a surveyor and Zumba and Strong instructor. I am Italian and I have been living in Luxembourg for 9 years. I love to dance and I am passionate about sharing my love of movement with others. I have been dancing since I was a child, and I have always found it to be a way to express myself and connect with others. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of dance, strength and fun, and I am committed to making that happen.

Denise Bernuci

Movement is my medicine, and I'm here to share it with you! I'm a Brazilian and Portuguese expat living in Luxembourg since 2019, with a background in international relations and work experience in education and consulting. I'm a certified instructor on yoga, aerial yoga, bungee and more. I'm passionate about movement because I believe it's a powerful tool for self-transformation. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome to move their bodies in whatever way feels good to them. I want to help people to tap into their inner strength and resilience, and to discover the healing power of movement. So come join me on this journey!

Sónia Alves

Passionate about dance and fitness for nearly 25 years, I transmit what makes me vibrate through my dance classes. Formerly a customer service representative in the financial sector, I am now also a naturopath. My goal is to help you maintain or regain a certain well-being, and optimize your physical, mental, and psychological health by moving, letting go, and having fun through different dance rhythms. It is fun and gives you a great boost!

Alcmena

My name is Alcmena, a Cape Verdean born and raised in Luxembourg. Social work is my day job, but my passions lie in travel, nature exploration, and expressing myself through painting. I practice aerial yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, finding a sense of wholeness in their combination. Ashtanga Vinyasa trains my strength and grounding, while aerial yoga fosters trust and letting go. Through yoga, I connect with myself, maintaining a healthy and focused mind-body balance. To deepen my practice and explore yoga's spiritual dimensions, I completed a 200-hour teacher training course in Rishikesh, India. This experience opened a door to a whole new world of learning.
